Polish Us Pink....and a pack of angry bloggers??

Hello loves, did we all survive Monday?  It was a rough one at the beginning but it turned out just peachy!!  I'll tell you why in a bit.  I was actually glad Monday was here this week....my weekend was awful!!  I found out someone on Instagram stole a crapload of my pictures, attempting to pass them off as her designs, and even entered them in contests winning first place!!  I was beyond pissed!!  By the end of this debacle I had about 6 fellow nail bloggers/Instagrammers waitng with nun-chucks, brass knuckles, a stun gun, and I think someone threw in a bag of nails at one point.  I definitely do have great friends, friends that would beat someone senseless for you are the best kind!!  But I reported it, and gave the girl a good talking to (in my best motherly voice) so hopefully that's it!

Ok so Polish Us Pink is here again.  I wasn't feeling nail art *gasp* this week.  I had gotten this adorbs polish a few days ago and I was dying to take it for a test drive. Dot did intervene at one point and attempt to dot with said polish but it was a fail of epic proportions!! So we kept it simple.....

See, it doesn't need any nail art does it?  This little beauty is by Nails Inc. and it's called Topping Lane.  I had seen this a few times on the blogs and I fell in love with it.  Although I must say I don't love it quite as much as I thought I would.  I'm not a huge fan of just tiny glitters in polishes.  If I'm going to wear a glitter polish I would prefer it have the large hex glitters mixed in along with the small.  For this one though, I think they accomplished what they were trying to.  I was suddenly craving a cupcake.

Formula on this was really good for a glitter polish.  It is jam packed with "sprinkles" as my kids referred to the glitter but it was not clumpy at all which surprised me.  2 thin coats had my nails fully opaque. Polishes that are packed with glitter usually give me a heap of trouble, I must say this one was a joy!

So what do you guys think of this sweet polish?  How do you prefer your glitter polishes??

Peace out Cupcakes and as always...Happy Polishing!!

  1. I like them very cute and Dot need not intervene with such Micro dots. Love it

  2. LOL))) great explanation of how we "handled" the situation on IG (FYI @cats_n_nails here). I have yet to obtain any Nails Inc polishes - there are a couple I am watching and sighing over at the moment!
